Used to fasten and join two components. Screws dig and wedge into a material and the thread cuts grooves in the fastened material, pulling fastened materials together and preventing pull-out. Flat head features a conical head and flat top, and it is countersunk for a smooth, flush surface. Hex drive has a hexagonal socket for use with an Allen wrench. 316 Stainless Steel is more corrosion resistant than 18-8 stainless steel and has excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water.
