Hinge screws, as the name suggests, are used to fasten hinges to doors and cabinets. These screws are designed to withstand greater pull out forces. The flat undercut head is similar to the standard flat head but has a shorter head, providing the screw with a longer thread than a standard flat head screw of the same length.
