This formulation has a fiberglass fabric insert and stands up to high stress and flex. They are often used as flange gaskets, diaphragm packing, and in other applications with heavy compression. EPDM is ideal for use outdoors and has excellent resistance to weather. It is particularly well suited for use in applications with steam and water.
