Returns Policy

Fix Supply allows you to return merchandise up to 30 days from receipt of your products. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
 
If you would like to request a return, please select the return button from your order history page and specify the items (Enter 0 in quantity box for lines not being returned) and quantities. This information will be submitted to our customer service team for approval.

If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with information on additional steps in the return process.
 

What if the products arrive damaged?

Returns will be issued for items that are damaged or defective.
 
If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also take pictures to document the damages and save all shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product. Damage claims must be reported to Fix Supply within 5 days of receipt. Our service team will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Most items may be returned but there are exceptions. Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Orders for raw material (plastic, rubber, foam, etc.) items may be non-returnable because these items are commonly cut-to-size and made-to-order. Other examples of non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, dated items (such as calendars and planners), consumables (such as food and beverages), and medical products.

Is there a restocking fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee on most of our products. However, up to a 25% restocking fee can be charged on some products. If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RA# is issued.

When will my account be credited?

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition. 

Who is responsible for return shipping?

Fix Supply will be responsible for return shipping if products are damaged or defective. The customer is responsible for return shipping in all other situations.
 

Cancellations

Fix Supply uses one of the most efficient and prompt order processing systems to ensure delivery in a timely manner. As a result, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible.
