Machine Screw - Pozi Drive Pan Head - 316 Stainless Steel - M2.5 x 0.45 mm Thread - 25 mm Long
Machine screws are generally used to fasten metal parts together in various types of machinery, automotive, and construction applications. Machine screws are typically used with a pre-tapped hole or with a nut. The pan head features a disc with chamfered outer edge and short cylindrical sides that resembles a frying pan. Pan heads protrude above the fastening surface. The pozi drive is similar to a phillips drive but has ribs/tick marks between each of the four arms of the cross in order to improve on the torque and cam-out of the phillips drive. 316 stainless steel, also commonly known as A4 stainless steel, is more corrosion resistant than 18-8 stainless steel and has excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water.
